At our Sutton Coldfield Campus you will find 17th century buildings (the Moat House) next to our state-of-the-art 21st century Sixth Form Centre: a fine blend of the old with the new. We recently merged with North Birmingham College, giving us the opportunity of offering you an even wider range of courses. We also have a dedicated Art & Design Centre. Student profile: Susana Susana came to the United Kingdom from Columbia, initially to study English, as she finds British English easier to understand than American English! She is now studying for A levels - her English teacher helped her a lot, and gave her extra help with her English; she is full of praise for all her teachers. Susana came to Sutton Coldfield College because she had heard of its good reputation and its nice campus. Now that she has progressed onto A level study she wants to go further and study for a degree in International Business. Susana has plenty of British friends, and the thing she likes most about Birmingham is that it is so multi-cultural, with people from so many cultures living here. She admits a fondness for Indian food and says the markets in Birmingham are good for buying exotic foods. Centre of Vocational Excellence Sutton Coldfield College was selected by the National Learning and Skills Council as a Centre of Vocational Excellence.
